Dr. VanDenBerghe is a fantastic pediatrician. After 5 frogs, we finally found our prince. He truly listens to you, takes his time with each patient and puts emphasis on patient education. Dr V is a rare gem and truly deserves 5 stars. The office has a fish tank instead of a TV. That speaks for itself. The one star deduction is due to the inconsistent and often ill-informed staff members. The crew is always welcoming and respectful. Unfortunately, we have a new medical assistant for almost each visit (over the past few years, we have been visiting frequently with our babes). There is no chance of building patient-provider relationship. Furthermore, I learned that I cannot trust the staff with questions (unless I speak to Dr. V himself) as they are not well informed/educated.
