She is an excellent listener and asked clarifying questions to make sure she understood our concerns so that it was addressed appropriately. She engaged my child with direct conversation which I greatly appreciated. She made sure all of my concerns were addressed before ending the appointment. Her nurse and the front desk were also very friendly and made the entire experience positive!
