I'm not sure what the complaints are for on here. EVERY time I've gone to see Dr. Douglass, he has been exceptionally thorough and very knowledgable. He listens and explains things very well, and in a way that is easy to understand. Yes, sometimes he runs behind schedule, but that is because he doesn't rush the appointments, and isn't trying to see 25 people in an hour, like many of the larger clinics do. My experience has always been that he has had patience, listened well, and I never felt rushed. I'm willing to wait for a few extra minutes for a physician who isn't trying to scoot me out the door as soon as he says hello. I have gotten multiple follow-up calls on test results at 6:30p or 7p at night from him, even after a full day of seeing patients. If you're looking for a primary care physician, I definitely recommend Dr. Douglass.
