This is my first visit with Dr. Miller & his staff, I called early this afternoon for an emergency visit. They were very helpful and gave appointment today. I have never been to this practice before. When I arrived, I felt as if they were taking all the necessary precautions for our safety during this covid crisis. Once in the chair, Lori the dental assistant was pleasant and kind. She answered any questions I had and was happy to do so. Dr. Miller entered, assessed the emergency and gave me best and worst case scenario. He made sure to answer and questions I had and even gave answers to some I didn't know I had. He was careful to explain what he was going to do making sure I understood. Lori and Dr. Miller exhibited excellent bedside manner, professionalism and compassion. Both added levity to a stressful situation. The girls at the front desk were smiling and helpful. I will be returning for a second visit. I am very happy with the service and will be returning.
