Patient Reviews
May 09, 2024
When I saw Dr. Wilcox I was terrified about my injury and recovery. He spent an inordinate about of time explaining my options for surgery for knee reconstruction. He understood my need for full recovery to sport despite me not being a professional athlete. After recovery, I tweaked my knee again and panicked. Dr. Wilcox spent time with me again, explaining my options and spent a lot of time talking me down from being afraid of my sport. He prescribed me physical therapy and offered surgical options which I ended up denying. My knee has been stable and never gives me ANY pain or problem since his surgery. He is a miracle worker. Now two years after our first encounter and I have a solid stable knee despite backcountry skiing, ice climbing, and alpine climbing. He knows whats up. He treated my emotions with compassion.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
