I ave nothing but praise for Dr. Cruz. Her professionalism and knowledge are second to none. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz. However, the front office personnel are lack any type of customer service. These people are the face of the practice and they make it look very bad. Reaching anyone by phone is nearly impossible. The people answering the phones are rude, untrained and uncaring. After my procedure I had an issue and wanted to speak with a PA or someone with medical training. Three phone calls, three voice mails, one e mail sent and no call back or response 48 hours later. The operator could not even connect me to someone intelligent to speak with.
