I was seen by Dr Reforma at Urgent Care and impressed enough to request him as my Primary Physician thereafter. Therefore, this month has been my 2nd appt with this doctor. My disabilities have always required a multitude of physicians throughout my life. He, his nurse, staff, office location and even the cleanliness of the exam room all scored a 10+ in my eyes! Perhaps one needs to respectfully show up 15 minutes prior to appt as is requested (which is the norm and I always try to do), as I was promptly greeted, had a short wait out front and even shorter in exam room before a very kind & studious nurse arrived to thoroughly ask about my health, reason for visit, etc. Once complete, it wasn't long before a gentle knock was had at the door for Dr. Reforma to enter. Each visit had, felt that the exams were very efficient, not rushed, he cared and that my concerns were indeed heard and met! I am very pleased and feel most fortunate with Dr. Reforma as my new PCP now. YaY!
