Dr Wickwire was very impressive in going out of his way to spend 55 mins over the phone takjng the time to carefully explain the upcoming shoulder surgery of an anxious family member and helping reassure about surgery fears and answer all the nagging questions about anaesthesia and risks even though a very straightforward procedure.
