Dr. Poole had excellent bedside manners, took the time needed to really listen and interact, did what was needed medically to help resolve why I was in the ER; simply put, I was in great hands. If this man was a private care provider, he would be our doctor. Thank you Dr. Poole for a pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation.
