Was seeing his Father, Dr Dale Bauwens for almost 20yrs and my health insurance changed and new plan didn’t cover him. Which by the way Dr Dale Bauwens was a terrific Doctor. Finally had new insurance, again, and Drs Dale and Jake were now on my new plan. So I was back to seeing Dr Dale Bauwens, and now Dr Jake Bauwens. They’re both fantastic Doctors. Dr Jake Bauwens did my total shoulder replacement. Pain and motion got to be too much and the injections were no longer working, we decided surgery was the next step. Surgery went so well I was able to go home that same day. Am now pain free and have full motion of the shoulder. Besides being a great Surgeon, he’s easy to talk to, answered all my questions and actual explains things in a way a patient can understand. Would definitely recommend Dr Jake Bauwens to anyone needing an Orthopedic Doctor, he definitely knows his stuff. Father like Son, he had a great mentor…
