He has an uncanny ability to wordlessly reassure you. He is an extraordinary person as well as a wonderful doctor. I was convinced ( for no logical reason) I wouldn't recover until he just quietly stood a short moment by mein the pre-op and my worry evaporated. I think he has great respect for his patients' leap of faith.
