As a medical provider myself I highly recommend Dr. Kirsch. Shoulder surgery was number one on my do not have procedures after I watched one in person. Who would know that years later I would be asking for one!Other doctors declined doing my procedure as they said I was too complicated with a poor outcome. So glad I used my professional experience to get another opinion. Dr Kirsch's bedside manor and his willingness to take the time to listen to my history made a discouraging situation very tolerable and got me back to work in a short time. If you listen to him and follow what he says you will do well. His skills allowed me to undergo a very complex surgery with 100% recovery after 1 year. Please know everyone will recovery differently but if you want the best chance you need to go to the best!!So blessed that he did my procedure. He is one of God's angels here on earth. Hopefully I will never need another surgery but if I do he WILL be the one I call!!
