Dr Irlanda is the only physician that was able to figure out my husband’s complicated medical needs. He’s been a long time patient at University of Chicago and this past year required numerous repeated ER admissions at Palos Hospital. Although his health remains fragile, she finally put the puzzle pieces together and recognized the need to integrate his complex medical needs. This is the first time in a year that he’s been home for over 6 weeks not requiring a 911 call and hospital stay. Many thanks for her clinical assessment and ability to develop a medical regime that has kept him stable and home with improved functioning.
