I was treated by Dr. Ortiz over two years at her previous clinic. She and my counselor there were the only reasons I stayed with the clinic. Dr. Ortiz is down to earth, no nonsense, listened to me, and was very efficient. I would recommend her to people who have had experience with managing their mental health, know themselves well, and will be honest and forthright with the doctor.
