In one 30 minute phone encounter, this new addition to kaiser nephrolgy quickly understood my very complex case and proved herself superior to to her dept co-workers except for its chief She's a 'diamond in the rough' Why she chose kaiser over mayo clinic or Hopkins, who knows...but I am now very lucky to have her on my team
