Believe it or not my TKR got recalled! How in the world do they recall a knee!! The folks at Crystal Clinic were great. They examined my knee and determined that yes I was going to need a revision. He said “the sooner, the better “ and explained why. Surgery was in March. I stayed the night and the nursing and care staff were amazing. My pain was managed very well. I was sent home the next day with minimal meds but with the knowledge and tools to succeed. 5 weeks post op I am just shy of full range of motion. I still have my ouchy days but that is to be expected. The only complaint I have is the wait times for your appointment. I had an 8:45 appointment and wasn’t called to a desk until well after 9:20. I think this is area for improvement.
