Dr. Valdes is an exceptional psychiatrist. Not only compassionate and caring, but also wise and insightful. An amazing listener, and also the kind of psychiatrist who speaks (as opposed to the type who just listens and writes down everything you say). Working with Dr. Valdes, I have made incredibly important changes in my life. I am more conscious of my choices as a result of our work. If you are serious about change and mental health, there is no better doctor.
