I have seen Dr. Landsman for almost 5 years. I am beyond happy to have him as my ENT specialist. I have had chronic sinus issues since childhood, seen many physicians over the years (decades), and Dr. Landsman is the only doctor who provided any relief. To finally experience an improvement breathing is life changing. He listens and is compassionate and patient, and always kind and easy to talk to. I never feel rushed during a visit. This year I brought my elderly father in to see Dr. Landsman. Dr. Landsman was, as always, so kind and patient, asked questions, drew out answers from my dad and conducted a thorough exam. Dad was happy! The office is bright, clean, and pleasant, making it easy to adhere to current distancing regulations. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. I find it easy to get an appointment and have had no issues when I’ve had to move an appointment or reschedule. The staff is courteous and professional. They always make you feel appreciated.
