Holly always has a warm welcoming smile, shes funny, and lights up the room. She makes sure that everything is explained In a way that's understood, and unlike the others gives time at the end to make sure that there's no unanswered questions. You can tell she genuinely cares, loves her job and, working with children. Hands down the best ive experienced so far.
