My wife went to the DKH emergency room for treatment of a worsening condition another physician had diagnosed as a virus less than a week earlier. Dr. Dowling asked probing questions, listened attentively, correctly diagnosed the condition as congestive heart failure, and began treatment immediately. She is competent, intelligent, direct, and effective. There are not enough stars on this scale to hold my rating of Dr. Dowling.
