Patient Reviews

There are endless positive things I can say about Dr Mogal and his team. Learning I had stage 4 appendix cancer was surreal; the care I received from that day forward was exceptional. Dr Mogal performed a 14 hour surgery on me and saved my life. I had complications post-surgery (which resulted in 2 additional hospital admissions) and he always made sure to check on me, even late one night in the ED after he completed another all-day surgery. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and confident. Everything you want in a surgeon when you are dealing with a rare, scary diagnosis. He personally called me after my latest scans to go over them with me (and put my mind at ease because he is aware of my anxiety surrounding all this) He goes above and beyond, every time.I truly love this man. There will never be words to describe how grateful I am for what he did for me and my family.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
