Dr. Dollahite has treated me twice, several years ago. 1st) a broken shoulder and torn rotator cuff, 2nd) a broken Tib/Fib. He gained my trust when had the opportunity for surgery on my shoulder, but said the way it broke everything stayed in place and suggested to keep it immobile. He also told me that it would do more damage if he fixed the rotator cuff than the tear and suggested a cortisone shot. I've never had a problem with it since. (over 20 years ago). He put a rod in my leg for the Tib/Fib break, at my request and it healed great. A year later I had him remove it, so I could go back to dirt bike racing. :-) All in all, he takes your concerns seriously and acts on them. He doesn't rush any of the visits, and will tell you your options and which will work the best for your circumstances. He just a good person!
