I have been a patient of Dr. Lai's since 2016. She is the 1st doctor that has actually listened to my concerns without rushing to get me out! She is personable, caring, and has a great bedside manner. I like that she puts your mind at ease when you are worried about test results. She is upfront with what she thinks are the best course of actions depending on what is going on.
