Upon entering the front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. This was my 1st visit and the front desk crew set the tone for the entire visit which was nothing but amazing! Dr. McCreless and her staff are simply the BEST! Dr. McCreless took time to explain in great detail all aspects of my appointment, make suggestions and listened to my concerns. Her staff also explained what procedures they were doing and why. At the end of my visit I didn't have questions because all my concerns had been addressed. For an annual appointment that I always dread, I'm looking forward to my next visit because this was such a wonderful 1st time experience! I only regret that I didn't find her sooner!!!
