Dr. Sun treated me at the ER at Newton Hospital on 12/3/2021. I arrived with an elevated heart rate after 24 hours of vomiting and diarrhea. I had a heart attack years ago and was concerned I was on my way to another one, as nausea and vomiting can be signs of an impending heart attack in women. Dr. Sun was excellent. He asked me a lot of questions about my condition and had blood drawn, a chest x-ray, EKG (that was first, of course, before I even saw him). He put me on an IV for nausea and hydration--I was severely dehydrated after being sick. He listened to me, always asking if I had any questions, and made me comfortable throughout my stay at the hospital. Ultimately, my heart was okay. I was diagnosed with gastroenteritis. I felt so relieved and just being in Dr. Sun's care, I knew I was in the right place.
