My experience and my late husband's experience with Dr. Quinlan has been beyond positive and successful for the past 15 years. I wish to thank him for all that he has done for us. Since I have now relocated from Fort Scott, Ks. to Riverside , Ca. to be close to our only son, I am hoping to be able to fine an opthalmologist as good as Dr. Quinlan. Sincerely, Anne Colum
