My wife was one of the unfortunate to acquire COVID-19 at the beginning of the epidemic. Very little was known about how to treat the disease. Dr. Margolin took the time to and self-risk to pour over my wife’s chart and frequently adjust the ventilator to perfect her response. With hindsight, he was one of the first in his field to turn her on her stomach for the ventilator and I feel that made the difference is giving her an edge. I am pleased to say she came off the breathing machine and has returned home to us. Thank you, Dr. Margolin for your tireless pursuit of the best patient care and honesty throughout that difficult time.
