His office and all of their staff are pleasant, helpful, and eager to accommodate as best as they can. He will listen to your issues and discuss them with you until you are comfortable with the plan. Is not afraid to help you find the right specialist. Wait times are longer as it is a family office with one physician. The care you receive is more than worth the wait, I have yet to hear a single complaint since I switched to his office 7 years ago. I promptly switched all of my children as well.
