From 12/28/2023 to 1/15/2024 I visited Urgent Care on 4 separate occasions and had to go to the Emergency room 3 times due to coughing and severe breathing issues. On each of those prior visits the doctors prescribed more meds and sent me home with no real solution. When Dr. Farooqui saw me today she had already reviewed my records, medications, and symptoms prior to the visit. She gave me a plan of action to resolve my issues and assured me that I am on the path to recovery. While reviewing my records, she made it feel like she was with me the whole time and would be by my side until my lungs returned to normal health. Her words and care felt caring and motherlike. For the first time in over a month I am very optimistic about my recovery.
