Dr. Liu is a remarkable ENT specialist, and I wish I had found him earlier. He exemplifies qualities such as compassion, humility, and thoroughness and dedicates sufficient time and patience to his patients. In addition, Dr. Liu's staff is exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor. It's no surprise that the nurses speak highly of him. Compared to my past experience with a disappointing ENT doctor at Kaiser, Dr. Liu stands out as truly exceptional.
