After seeing Dr. Barron, July 28, was admitted to Piedmont Hospital Emergency Dept., Fort Mill Treated by Dr. Blum and dismissed same afternoon. Will see Cardiac physicians in Rock Hill , beginning July 31. Thank you. Phyllis Johnson
