After SIX MONTHS of being jerked around by UVA Medical, I went to see D.r Chappell at Hess Orthopedic for my left knee. I had been in agony with it for several years. Dr. Chappell took one look at the MRI not one of four doctors at UVA could be bothered with, and scheduled surgery right away foe a full knee replacement. He did a FANTASTIC job and I have never had a problem with that knee since. Six months later he did the other knee, with the same result. Best doctor I've ever had.
