Dr. Samuels is one the best physicians in the Hampton roads area! Always full of energy and information. He is efficient, very thorough, and offers various health options on each visit that benefit the patient. The office staff is always pleasant and on time with appointments and reminders. The quality of care at Primecare Internal Medicine is simply amazing! 5 stars definitely!
