I appreciate that Dr. Wakil listens to me. The front office could be a little friendlier, but they aren't bad. Just not as welcoming as I'd like. The other providers in the practice (nurses, etc) have always been friendly and professional. I feel like I have a good relationship with my doctor and we are partners in my health.
