I just had an appointment with Dr. Chen and I was very impressed by his knowledge and manner. He was excellent at explaining everything to me and putting me at ease. I was very nervous because I was going to have a scope put down my nose. He not only put me at ease about this, he explained everything to me patiently and with sufficient detail. He has excellent communication skills with patients and is very skilled. I hope he will stay in Eugene, OR.
