I have been a patient of Dr. Casarella's for years. He's extremely competent and genuinely cares about his patients. I have never had a problem getting urgent appointments or getting the price of an expensive procedure prior to having any work done. He's great at answering any questions I've had and has even gone into my file to use my xray history to help explain the problem I was having and what options he could offer to fix the problem. His medical and office staff are also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Casarella to anyone looking for a dentist.
