The staff was friendly but Dr. Mongiardo was so professional and caring from the moment he walked in. He listened to what I had to say and asked so many good things. He went and got things he needed, had scripts called in to pharmacy and had a referral being set for further testing. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and "bed side manner"
