Dr. Francisico Torres is a EXPERT Neurologist. Words will never express how much I appreciate the compassion and communication along with what treatments are in the best interest of his patients. I truly feel Blessed he was my Neurologist because Of his incredible intelligence in his profession I am glad I followed his treatment plan. He communicates effectively and provides evidence based research. Thank you Dr. Torres, words will never express my appreciation for your compassion, communication, and expert treatment.
