Care Philosophy
- The wholistic process, for me, includes working with the person to understand and target their mental health concerns from a biological, psychological, and social perspective understanding that there are many things that affect a person's mental health that medication alone may not address. As a result, I incorporate skills, methods, and theories from cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy into each person's care.
