Dr. Ackall ENT took his time to review my case. He was on time, and did not make me feel rushed. After he was through he asked me if I had any other questions or concerns after we left to please let him know through his MA Jennifer Reed who was also very caring and replied right away when questions did come up. Dr. Arckall went above and beyond in his care for me. His bedside manners were calming and reassuring.
