I saw Dr. Wenzel M.D. on May 24, 2020, for an injury to my head and arm. Dr. Wenzel was quick to see me after the Nurses were finished with me. Dr. Wenzel had a very good bedside manner and listen to what I had to say about what happened that I came to the E.R. I found her to be pleasant and interested in what I had to say. I will say that everybody that I came into contact there at Kootenai Medical was very professional, from the nurses to the x-ray folks to the CT folks. I received excellent care.
