I was diagnosed with De Quervains in 2021 but waited almost a whole year before consulting with Dr Nance…That was my biggest mistake! The pain progressively got worse, despite trying steroid shots and even PRP. Eventually the pain was so bad that I could not use my hand. Dr Nance took time to thoroughly explain my condition and the surgical intervention for it. She was highly confident that she could resolve this situation with a pretty minor outpatient procedure and this made me feel at ease. Her and her staff (Elisa) are EXCEPTIONAL! Friendly, professional, HIGHLY efficient! They make getting surgery so STRESS-FREE! My visits were always on time and quick, but never rushed! I’m now 2-months post op and my hand and wrist are completely pain-free and fully functional! If you need a hand specialist, I’d highly recommend Dr Nance. I’d also recommend not waiting as long as I did! Ciao!
