My wife and I have had teeth extracted by Dr. Starley twice. I am very pleased with his service, manners and results. No problem has developed from the extraction and the removal was painless and swift. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was right. I do recommend the Winchester Oral Surgery Center.
