Dr. Chang is definitely "new school" ... he allows those moments of silence as the patient thinks of what was said or to consider questions to ask. He took time to listen and validate my concerns. He’s a great listener and generous with information. I immediately felt at ease after his first introduction and explanation for the plan of care.
