Went to Renown with I thought was a heart attack on a Friday and the hardworking ER DR. Emily Sagalyn went the extra mile until she found that I was in acute pain from Inflammation of the gallbladder and called in Dr. Scott Cinelli. Dr. Sagalyn was so professional with a wonderful bedside manner in the middle of chaos, while being a good listener, conscientious with all her time and care, making me feel I was in good hands. Dr. Cinelli is an extremely good communicator, empathetically explaining the surgery procedure and possible complications. Dr. Cinelli is a great surgeon, a strong advocate for the patient and I had a successful gallbladder removal surgery. I recovered well and feel better that I have in years. I am grateful to both of these Healthcare Hero's!
