Had a virtual appointment with Dr. Franco last week for the first time and I have to say that the thoroughness of his evaluation and how easy he explains things was something I absolutely did not experience with my prior 2 mental health providers. I felt I could talk about anything without being judged. Definitely booking my next appointment with him.
