Dr. Ortiz is true to being herself and providing valuable counseling services. I appreciate her patience, commitment, and flexibility with my treatment. I enjoyed the wealth of knowledge she shared about the various aspects of the prescribed medications and open communication about concerns. Reminding me of CBT skills I had forgotten and growing new ones, especially the power of perspective—some of the few of many reasons I was well-served by Dr. Ortiz’s treatment. I thank her whole-heartedly for being a part of my journey to getting in a better place than where I started.
