Very positive. She was caring, knowledgeable, alert (at 3 a.m.), and supportive. She and the nurse who took the practical steps to deal with my medical emergency made the experience of a middle-of-the-night visit to the ER more bearable than I would have imagined. I would say the same about the ER nurse who gave me a follow-up call today: very knowledgeable, kind, and supportive.
