Dr. Wong was informative, helpful, and professional in his recommendations and his approach to the implications for treatment and his assessment of the data available to him. His level of empathy was obvious. He was clearly able to balance his concern and respect for the patient with the need to provide accurate and helpful information to the patient and her family. I hope that Dr. Wong is on duty should I ever require emergency services from his department.
