Dr. Rutan was my podiatrist when he was practicing at Hudson Bay medical. I found him to be very personable, extremely experienced and he went above and beyond my expectations. I was heartbroken when he left the practice. I am planning on scheduling a visit with him at his new establishment. I have not gone to another podiatrist since my visits with him and I don’t intend on seeking another specialist, other than him. My care with him was superb. I would give more than five stars if I were allowed..
