Dr. Carter is the most compassionate, professional and approachable medical provider I've had. I am not disputing anyone else's experience, just sharing my own. From the first time she treated me, for an emergency surgery (not pregancy-related) which she performed flawlessly, to her personal follow-up and bedside manner, to her holistic philosophy, spot-on referrals, and how she carefully explains procedures, options, and medical terminology in an accessible and not condescending way -- to me, Dr. Carter (Rosy) sees her patients as deserving of full respect and attention - you're never just a number or a chart. She thinks outside the box and, personally, has been able to reduce my anxiety about procedures that, before I started seeing her, I preferred to avoid, even though I knew they were important to do. She is straightforward and honest, but not gruff or rude. She is also trauma-informed and LGBTQ+-affirming. I urge folx to consider her for upfront and honest care.
